Good place to stay . If you want to stay for some months than for 4 seater room it is 120000 tenge + 30k tenge security deposit . For 2 seater bedroom it is 100000 tenge + 30k security deposit.

We settled here because there were no rented apartments with a large outflow of Russians and we were very tired, we simply did not have the strength to search. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. Every evening I killed a cockroach in the room, although we lived on the 3rd floor. In general, the pit… It will do if there are no options at all, because it's better than on the street. I forgot to add that there was an inscription on the wall "what are you looking at" and the bed linen, although it smelled washed, was stained. In general, it's tin:) P.S. And drunks were constantly sleeping at the entrance, and one morning the reception desk was broken and there was a crowd of 5-7 police officers, and the administrator was writing witness statements. The rooms are not cleaned, the constant and corrosive smell of tobacco, six-legged friends allow you to brighten up loneliness by running around with a slipper. There is a cafe, but also so-so.
