When I called, they said they had forgotten me and they gave me an appointment for Monday on 27.10.2025 at 10.00 and at 14.00 their masters came and kept me waiting for 4 hours. The master, who came as a person who knows, stated that the liquid escaped while the window film was being shot, so the cartridge burned out and needed to be replaced, and ziebart would cover the cost by entering the warranty. Then someone called the customer representative manager came from the back (with colored eyes). He suggested that this is a chronic problem, the company will not cover it, if I want to file a lawsuit, I should try for 1 year. When I asked them to give me a document stating that this error was not caused by the ziebart window film application, they said that they could not give such a document, called their friend in adana and made me say yes, I have the same problem and asked me to believe it, a person knows, a man I do not know on the phone, a man I do not know, understand how much the company stands behind you under warranty. When it comes to being hand and paw and standing behind the service while taking the money, don't get involved with a company that runs away, you'll be disgraced.
