The main establishment is located in Kushbegi (the exact address is easy to find on Yandex.In the Navigator). There is also a branch in Sergeli, but this review is about the main branch. ⸻ 🍚 Zygier oil pilaf and meat from Bukhara A special pilaf is prepared here — in zygier oil (sesame or black oil, which gives a characteristic rich taste). Meat is imported specially from Bukhara — soft, high-quality, flavorful. Pilaf is cooked twice a day: – at lunch, – and at 17:00 — the second batch. Important: demand is especially high at lunchtime, when many employees come from nearby offices. I recently visited the Zigir Osh Paishanba cafe and was very pleased. The atmosphere here is cozy, the staff is polite and attentive. I ordered Samarkand pilaf — it's just a bomb! Very tasty, with the right spices and tender meat. The portions are large, I ate perfectly. The prices are very reasonable, especially for this quality. I also enjoyed the fresh tortillas and salads. I will definitely come here again and recommend it to my friends. If you love authentic Uzbek cuisine, this is the place for you!

One of the most delicious pilaf I've ever eaten. I advise everyone who comes to order a pai (tendon) in addition to pilaf. They are very soft and dissolve almost instantly in the mouth. The interior is of course very beautiful, lots of seats. The staff is polite and responsive. But in the afternoon, pilaf is served uncooked and with raw rice. It became impossible to chew , despite the fact that the meat is soft . I ate only meat and carrots, I just couldn't chew the rice, it crunched on my teeth. I concluded that the cook had changed, and the manager replied to the claim about raw rice that they always cook that way, leaving the rice half-cooked. Although pilaf used to be cooked really just bombastic!
