After getting through, they promised to deliver it the next day. The next day, the product did not arrive, they said that a technical error had occurred and it was impossible to fill out the receipt. Then the goods were delivered, but the wrong model (the goods were more expensive than the paid one, the courier turned out to be not an employee of zigzag and told to contact the office directly). It was still difficult to reach support. When we managed to contact the store, they said that we had two orders initially and because of this, the operator was confused. Indeed, it would have been understandable if we had received a cancelled second order, BUT the model was generally DIFFERENT in the first and second orders. As a result, we were told that the price of our initial order had increased and we would have to pay extra when it arrived. The desire to buy something in this store has completely disappeared I don't recommend buying anything here, especially from an online store The review was written for this particular store, as it collected the order by receipt and sent it for delivery.

The relevance has been confirmed. I will be able to receive the product immediately after payment. The goods had to be picked up from the Dalma shopping center. I arrived, it turned out that this laptop had already been sold at this address. And I had to go to the other end of Yerevan to pick him up. As a result, I lost a huge amount of time and money. Why cheat? If there is no deception, then the only thing that remains is that the staff is incompetent.

There was no necessary detail and that's it, it turns out about 60k drams for the wind. But this is certainly not the store's fault, you just need to keep it in mind.

On May 15, 2022, a coffee maker was sold, during the packaging I heard the sound of plastic "clanking", but did not attach any importance to it, I thought it was a plastic spoon in a jug. Upon arrival home, while unpacking, I found a broken lid of the coffee jug. I brought the coffee maker back, refused to accept it, and wrote a statement. The head of the store refused to solve their mistake on the spot, allegedly he does not have the authority. He promised to call back the next day, May 16, but he never did. After several dozen calls, we managed to get through to this manager. He said that this issue is being resolved by his head A.Mkrtchyan. Today, on May 17, breakfast feeding continued. I can't reach the head office. I am surprised that there is still such work with clients, or rather the absence of any work with clients other than selling. I can't find the reason for this attitude, perhaps of course the fact that I am a citizen of another country, and you can profit from such selling defective goods. I hope I'm wrong. I highly do not recommend buying anything from them, they will slip a defective product, and then "at least the grass will not grow."
