I had a change of mind on a refrigerator I bought. I kept it new and in the box. They got manager approval and reversed my charge back to my card, so for this I give them a special respect here in Armenia to do the right thing. I can trust them with my business in the future.

Very poor service. Staff is not sufficiently aware of products they sell. Cashiers are not enough trained to adequately address payment software issues. It took 20 minutes for me to pay due to the fact that none of the cashiers was aware how to issue a gift card that cane with the product I was trying to buy.
