We bought a London Royal watch, the minute dividers on the dial came off, gave it under warranty, the master is only in Minsk, turned to the branded store, promised that the master would call back and thereby agree on repairs. They did not wait for the call, they brought it to the workshop themselves, but they were not satisfied with the repair, they did it like a pig for a lot of money. The watch is excellent, but do not expect maintenance and no warranty for repairs.

I will NEVER buy anything in this store again. Not a single purchase without problems and showdowns. In 2020, I bought a CASIO watch, and within a month of wearing it, the case began to become covered with small brown spots. Of course, I took it to the store and had it examined. Bottom line - it turns out that it was my fault and I probably kept the watch somewhere in a damp place. Of course, I'm 5 years old and I do not know where and how to store a watch, and we live in a humid Belarusian tropical climate such that stainless steel deteriorates. The next 4 years just passed by. In June 2025, I decided to make myself a birthday present and bought a Pierre Lanier watch. It's been 2 weeks, the watch has stopped, I'm going to the store. The answer is that the battery is dead. Replacement only in ZIKO service centers for at least two weeks👍🏻 I ask how it even sat down if the watch's production date is August 2024, and now it's early July 2025, that is, it didn't even last a year? Well, it happens. OK, I replaced the battery, it passed...A MONTH!!! If she hadn't been calling all the time, it's not known when the watch would have been returned, plus the store itself didn't give a damn about me, "we can't reach the service center," they took the phone and called themselves! I barely tore them back. It's been 3 months, yesterday I look at my watch and realize that it's 2 hours behind!!!! Conclusion: I won't even go to this filthy place, for me these shops are closed once and for all! The service and communication of the sellers in the store below the baseboard, the quality and authenticity of the goods is a huge question, since this is not a one-time case and with watches of more than one brand! Customers' problems are solved by the customers themselves, aren't they, the owners of ZIKO???
