After waiting for the man to step aside to contact the Ziko administration, I turned to Anna Alexandrovna Kuchkina, an employee of the service center, with a request to serve me. To which I received an answer that she would serve me if I had time to write an application before 17.00. She still gave me the application form. But when I had a question when filling out the application and I turned to Anna Alexandrovna to help me solve it, she said that it was already 17:00, she could not help me in any way. She did not respond to my request to return the incomplete application to me, saying: "You will come next time and fill it out." To say that I am shocked by the rudeness and rudeness of an employee of such a large and successful company is to say nothing.
I would like to ask the Ziko administration to carefully select employees for their company... after all, your Face directly depends on their behavior and professionalism!

The foreman at the Labor site in Gomel is extremely unfriendly, the attitude is boorish, and he cannot properly explain the functioning of the service center. Moreover, they can't just replace my battery in Gomel. The clock has been rolling for almost a month from Gomel to Minsk and back. This is despite the fact that I am constantly calling and wondering at what stage the repair is.
And they haven't returned my watch yet. I don't think much would have moved if I hadn't called.
The most striking thing is that when buying a watch, the store assures that "everything will be replaced in our workshop," and when it comes to business, the store replies, "we have nothing to do with this workshop, this service center." It turns out that the Ziko store initially misleads customers. There are still a lot of complaints about consultants, no tact in communication. There are a lot of negative impressions, you can still paint for a long time, one thing I can say is that I have no desire to enter this store and even more so to buy something, I also do not advise friends and acquaintances.
