The disgusting quality of the silverware. We bought two Pandora bracelet pendants, as a result, everything turned black, after cleaning it turned out to be ordinary silvering. So much for a 100-year warranty. It's a shame that the receipt was lost. That would be the way to get that cheap jewelry back.
