I bought earrings in this store, the consultant did not check the product before making a purchase, when I arrived home I saw that the clasp had fallen off one earring, I immediately contacted the support service, then drove up to the store, the earring was sent for internal examination (this was the only way to exchange the product or refund money), after a couple of days they called me back and asked me to go to the store to pick up the earrings, as their examination found that it was mechanical damage, I did not agree with this, even if it was mechanical damage, it occurred before my purchase (I repeat that the consultant did not check the product for any defects before the sale!), the store only offered me repairs, which I do not agree with , because I bought a new product!!! Disgusting service! It's a shame that I trusted you and didn't check everything myself (I've made purchases in this store many times, I've never had such questions, but here's the situation).

Due to the relative remoteness of the store, queues are rare, which is very convenient, but at the same time the choice is diverse. The quality of the products is always at the level. The main thing is interesting models, you can always find ageless classics and fresh novelties for teenagers and not only. My 8-year-old daughter just there easily chose a gift for herself. Prices are also adequate, even lower than average in the city, especially when discounts are available.
