In this store, I was sent to the place of purchase, although the support service informed me that it was possible to take the product for repair at any of the stores and, if convenient, I could contact them again to take the product for repair at this facility. But after such treatment of a client by a branch specialist in the Prostor store, I don't even want to go there anymore. As a result, time was wasted and there was no solution to the issue.
