Terrible service. The head of the Tissot watch fell off, after 3 weeks of wear, there was no pressure from the outside, I took it to the store, they said they would send it to the service, after 15 days no one gave me any answer, I had to call myself, and they also blamed me for breaking it themselves because of what-I mean, I was shocked , the chronograph wasn't working properly , so they said that now it's your problem , there's no head , they can't do anything . Just a terrible attitude towards customers , the conclusion is probably just out of my head , so as not to understand anything and not solve problems with poor quality of spare parts .

The impression after visiting the service center is terrible. Rude staff. They also make you look guilty. It looks like you're just being conned for money. And discussing the client in front of him is without comment. In another workshop, it was done efficiently and reasonably priced in 10 minutes. I decided for myself that I would not contact Zico anymore, both in terms of the service center and the purchase of jewelry.
