We were at the Zico Gallery after six o'clock yesterday evening, looking for a women's watch. Consultant Alexey helped a lot: he explained everything thoroughly, showed it, helped put on and take off the watch, explained all the advantages and possible disadvantages. With the help of qualified service, we managed to quickly determine, purchase the desired thing, and even manage to get to the nearby "service department" to reduce the links so that the watch fits perfectly on the handle (by the way, a consultant also accompanied us there).
Thanks to the consultant and the management of Zico for such pleasant and professional staff!

I came to the service center six months ago to replace the strap and bezel. They said, "There is no stock, we cannot order because of the sanctions. Buy it, bring it, replace it."

I contacted the service center several times. At first, the dial was replaced under warranty, on which a crack was found, a month later I noticed that corrosion appeared on the case and applied for termination of the contract and a refund. In both cases, despite the fact that they gave a deadline of 14 days for processing the application, they coped with their work quickly, called back the next week after the request and informed them that they could take the watch. Without question, they issued an opinion on the possibility of a refund, so we went to the Zico Gallery and instead bought other watches more expensive than the previous ones. Wonderful sellers work in the store: courteous, pleasant in communication and appearance, able to answer questions of interest. After the purchase, we returned to the service center, where they removed the extra links on my watch for free in less than 10 minutes. I have a pleasant impression of interacting with this network. The customer is treated like a human being, therefore it is possible that in the future we will return to this network for shopping.

They don't pay attention, you wait with an empty hall, you ask and then you wait, the staff just walk by with sour faces. There is no consultation, there is no normal inspection, as if you get to a car dealer - replacement immediately after a sideways glance at the product. In the Repass service center, the attitude in general and the professionalism of the staff do not even make sense to compare with Zico. I recommend a massage, the only thing is that not all watches are serviced, unfortunately

I brought a watch to the service center for repair. They looked at it and said that the mechanism and glass needed to be changed, they oriented it to 400 rubles.
In another workshop, the defect was fixed in two minutes and they didn't even put up a price tag, they said: "It's a trifle."

Обращалась за заменой батарейки. Общение с клиентом такое себе: ощущение, что ты их отвлекаешь, дама на приеме заказа цедит сквозь зубы.
Спросила про замену ремешка - "ждать 4 месяца". То, что было в наличии, ценник наклеен 18 руб, "для Вас будет 32 руб"?! Без объяснения.
Мастер поменял батарейку быстро, вежливый.

Магазин отстойный. Почему? Потому что если у вас нет белорусского номера мобильного телефона, то скидка (солидная) обозначенная на ценнике не может быть предоставлена. А что в центре Минска только свои ходят ? Идиотизм 80-го уровня. Напоминает расизм в США- только для белых, то есть граждан Беларуси. В топку!

19 февраля, примерно в 16:00 занёс часы. Надо было заменить батарейку, всего лишь. Взяла в руки часы «мастер» дама и сказала: «Тут кроме замены надо бцдет ещё их настроить, тк у вас блютуз имеется». Но в часах отнюдь ничего не надо вообще настраивать, я пытаюсь уточнить у неё, что надо настраивать, но внятного ответа не получил. В итоге решился сдать и 23 февраля я получаю свои часы с заметнейшим отпечатком пальца на всё стекло, а так же перепутали ремешки местами. СПАСИБО БОЛЬШОЕ ЗА ТАКОЕ ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ ЗА 41 (просто замена батареи) РУБЛЬ. А самое обидное, что нет толком конкурентов, в другое место не принесёшь. Самое худшее, что я мог ожидать за такую цену!
Прошу хоть что-то сделать, а не сидеть сложа ручки.

Хороший сервисный центр, помогут и сделают много чего, но есть мастер, дама, манера общения и навязывания услуг просто ужас. Такое ощущение, что скажет вплоть до того, что часы идут у вас против часовой стрелки и надо их выбросить. На просьбу заказать механизм новый было отказано и сказано "выбрасывайте часы". И проблема в том, что кроме зико в стране никто больше не заказывает механизмы

на сайте была скидка на подвеску -20%, через личный кабинет оформила заказ. мне посчитали еще по моей карте клиента -10%. при покупке оказалось скидки по карте нет. и так всегда у них! сначала одна цена со скидкой, а потом другая!!!!!

В магазине ZIKO 03.08.2021 купил часы Royal London 41395-01
В период эксплуатации начали отставать на 30 минут, с периодичностью в 2 недели. Сдал в сервисный центр ZIKO, по истечению недели было готово заключение, что часы не имеют отклонений.
На вопрос "почему они отстают?" дали ответ "под влиянием магнитов, которые могут находится в одежде, телефоне и т.д"

Про книгу жалоб ниже поддерживаю мужчину.Это кошмар 2 раза были истории первый раз выбрала кольцо , перемещение заказала жду,в итоге его продали,как так???
Второй раз кольцо искали в подарок именно 19 размер в наличии был в Борисове, перемещение заказали , когда они не знают,в итоге позвонили 15 марта , когда кольцо было не актуально уже,так как нужно было к 27 февраля(и это было оговорено)
В общем сервис на "высшем "уровне.
Советую обращаться в 7 карат,Оро ,там такого не происходило ни разу,чтобы забронировал ты,и в итоге продали кому то другому.

Большой выбор часов, много залов, приятный ассортимент, мастерская тут же. Бесплатно подгонять браслет. Ненавязчивое обслуживание. Когда покупал часы забыл дисконтную карту, по номеру телефона посмотрели данные карты и сделали скидку.
