On 12/30/2025, we visited a store with a young man. The consultants are all arrogant, disinterested. When they asked for help (they just wanted to see one product), the girl rudely replied that she was busy, the second turned away, the guy approached with the most displeased expression on his face. We looked at the product and said we were taking it (it took two minutes at most). We waited in line for about half an hour, despite the fact that there were 3 people at the checkout! Every customer was served for a very long time. When our turn came, the store manager was waiting for us, who changed her face (haughty, displeased look) as soon as we approached. I talked in a rough manner, as if we had taken a lot of time from a consultant and left with nothing (I repeat, it took us about two minutes to make a purchase decision). However, while the manager was counting us out, personal issues were discussed in parallel with colleagues (after which it became clear why the queue was moving slowly). In general, after visiting the store, there were only negative emotions.
