It's very dirty, the pool is cold, it worked for 2 days, then they wrote that it wasn't working. It is located on the outskirts of the Asian part of Istanbul. The staff does not understand either Russian or English, one maid spoke English of all.(English-speaking reception) Room cleaning once every three days was not enough for us, because we were with a child. Towels were brought in a sufficient number after the bell rang. Soap, gel and shampoo were not replenished after cleaning. In general, the whole hotel is very tired and in need of renovation for a long time.

Excellent apartment. There is a kitchen and a free swimming pool on the minus ground floor (you must have a hat, slippers and a swimsuit with you). My daughter and I were less than a day, we liked it. The disadvantage is that Uskyudar Street is not the Uskyudar district, but a very deep Asian part. It's far from the metro, but there are buses. If you live in Asia, then I recommend it. The price is good and the conditions are good too. Cafes and shops are nearby.

We were at this hotel from 03/16/2024 to 03/22/2024. A nice hotel with apartment rooms, which has everything for autonomous living (kettle,refrigerator,microwave and electric oven...)The hotel has a laundry room, a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna and a cafe.

I liked everything very much, there is a washing machine, a dishwasher, the only minus is no spoons)) there is no gym, but there are many gyms nearby and you can buy a subscription for two weeks for 500 Lira in a good one) I am very grateful to the woman manager and the girl! And mostly the men who are there on shift are trying to rip off extra money from you!
You better make all payments to the women who work there!
