We ordered a chicken kebab, and we were satisfied with the result. In addition, we ordered two salads: one with seafood, the other with Caesar. But they let us down: both turned out to be too sour. When we complained that they were terribly sour, the staff waved us off, saying it happens. No words of apology, no sympathy, just indifference. And the climax was waiting for the bill. We took three teas and counted them as five! Instead of 180 lire, we were charged 450. It's a shame when they try to cheat you so brazenly.
