I ordered a sofa on June 16, we agreed that they would do it by August 16. There was no sofa by that date or by September 16. Through nerves and calls, they were brought on September 27. After unpacking and assembling, it turned out that the mattress in the sofa was out of size and defective, the sofa itself was laid out with a pit in the middle. They waited three weeks for the factory to take it away for correction, took the mattress, and promised to fix the sofa itself when installing a new mattress. At the moment, two months have passed, and the who is still there. The sofa stands without a mattress, the factory feeds it every week with promises that it is about to be delivered. Half a year since the order, but in fact, I am without a sofa. If you do not want hassle and marriage, I do not advise contacting them. The consultant is very pleasant and cultured, but works for a lousy office.

We bought a Margarita 1 Sofa in 2021 in Grodno on the Crown. The exhibition sample has a perfectly flat plane, specially chosen with good filling, because we were going to sleep on it. But it wasn't that smooth when we arrived. The swollen foam seat makes it difficult to sleep, it is not comfortable as much as possible. And in the store, the sofa in the exhibition sample is completely straight, without any bulges, and we wanted it that way, but we didn't get this effect. The factory refuses to resolve this issue peacefully, they said we should repair it for our money! But!!!! The service life of upholstered furniture is at least 10 years!!! If the defect is a manufacturing defect (for example, destruction of the frame, swelling or sagging of the filler), and not natural wear, we are entitled to repair or compensation during the established service life. If the frame is broken or the filler has failed or is swollen, as in our case, this is a significant drawback due to the quality of materials or assembly. And now the question is: Why should we fix production defects for our own money??? The consultants are excellent! But the factory is a charlatan!!!!

Now we are waiting with horror for what will fall off next, because it is not clear that they were still attached with staples, and not with eurovints. The Amadeo folding sofa is angular, and the cost of this miracle design at the time of purchase was 3,700 rubles, this is at the end of 23 years
