Terrible service! I've booked a table. I came with a girl, someone was put on my reservation, they offered to wait and stand. I stood there for five minutes - nothing has changed in this stupid situation. The receptionist came up to me, said that there was an overlap and they gave my reservation to someone else (although they knew that the reservation was relevant). This is the first time I have come across such an attitude towards a client. I am writing this review so that the administration has a reason to think, and those who want to relax and smoke a hookah should not get into such situations and choose another place, which are not few in Kiev.
