I say, "So a new one costs 100. " They answer me: "Then that'll be 20 rubles. " I: "For what????" They: "For the diagnosis!" I ask: "On what basis?" The answer is: "You signed the paper." I open the A4 sheet, all in small text — there is a line "payment according to the price list". But not a word about 20 rubles. I came to pick up the kettle, I ask: "Where's the price list?" The girl replies: "Here!" — and begins to sort out some kind of pile of junk at the "reception", and behind it - a list with prices. Okay, I think it's tricky.… I paid 20 rubles. The kettle was returned in a noticeably dirtier condition than I handed it in. I'm asking: "Where's the conclusion? What did I pay 20 rubles for?" The answer is, "Look at the document!" and points to the line "If you need a conclusion, please let us know in advance." Everything is on the verge of fraud. I read the reviews — many people write about the horror of this "service". I don't recommend anyone to go there. I would give a score of -5, but there is no such thing.
