I bought a gold bracelet, after 3 months it fell off my arm, without sprains, without jerks. They were taken away under warranty, and a week later they were made as an exception - a non-guaranteed case is poorly used. And three days later, he was back on the floor, with a broken link on the other side-not stretched! The bracelet was given back under warranty with a marked refund. Text message in two weeks. The money was returned, they apologized, the product was defective! It's good that the warranty hasn't ended, right at the end of the warranty.

The assortment is meager. However, friendly sellers and not exactly intrusive sellers. They don't really know how to work with objections. It is not very correct to speak about competitors. The price tag, as elsewhere, is not small for such an assortment. The decorations are primitive. There's nothing for the eye to catch on. They came and looked and left.😉
