The seller Victoria asks: Do you want to buy a chain to the pendant? And then I begin to realize that the pendant, which is on the flyer in close-up, is free, and the chain, which is also on the flyer, is paid. I decided to clarify. The answer is literally: "pfft, a chain for one penny? Funny!"

It's understandable in general, but it's not clear what the reproach is. I tell you that now I understand what the catch is and where such an attraction of unprecedented generosity comes from. I filled out the questionnaire, then approximately verbatim.

Maybe I was pampered by a good attitude, of course :) But I judge by myself and how I address and treat people myself (and not when I get paid for it, just when I communicate in a human way).
Honestly, I didn't want to go back. But it's good to be back. Either we had a conversation with Victoria, or the mood improved, I do not know. But it's as if the service has turned into an ordinary level of the center of Minsk.
Therefore, three stars, not two.
Once again, I am convinced that the attitude of the customer to the contractor is primarily formed by the people with whom you communicate. No matter how good the action is, if the attitude is bad, any action loses all meaning.
It is extremely unlikely that I will return there again.
