On October 17, I read good reviews and went to eat at this place. I sat on the terrace, the interior is quite pleasant. The waiter brought the menu and said that there was a deposit of 5,000 tenge in their institution. I was surprised, because I had never seen such a thing anywhere else. To which the waiter said that this rule of their establishment applies to every visitor and the cashier simply does not accept an order without depositing 5,000 tenge. The waitress came with the terminal. I couldn't answer my question about where such rules come from. I asked if the money would be returned to me? She hesitantly replied, "in theory, yes." I paid a "deposit" of 5000 tenge. They only issued a receipt for a successful transaction. After that, the first waiter came up to me and said that "well, you know, all kinds of HOMELESS people come to us and don't pay. In such cases, we ask the person to give 5,000 tenge." That is, these are not uniform rules for all and this happens selectively, in case the waiter does not like your appearance. Although I look and earn pretty well, I always leave tips, I have never encountered such an attitude anywhere. It was very unpleasant that I was compared to a homeless person and lied so blatantly. Next, a conflict occurred at the next table, which escalated into a fight, which ended in reconciliation and further drinking together. I asked to pay off, the same waiter brought a check. 4360 tenge + 436 tenge for "service". I paid 5000, respectively, I should have been given 204 tenge in change. The waiter laughed at me and went to get the change. After that, a fight started again at the next table and at some point one of the participants first took a cutting board from my table, threw out half of the khachapuri and began to beat his opponent with it. Then he took the knife from my desk, hid it behind his back and went to sort things out further. At that moment, I went out and waited for my friend, with whom I had made an appointment at this institution. For half an hour, screams and the noise of broken furniture and dishes were heard from the establishment. The interior is unusual, of course it is noisy on weekends, there is live music (voice), the waiting time depends on the order, but in general they do not keep themselves waiting. The entourage is more like a simple cafe, of course, here everyone chooses to sit or take with them. But the fact that the food is just excellent and it doesn't matter if you eat it there or take it with you is 100 percent!
