I bought a ring in October, 2 rhinestones fell off after 2 months, I contacted the store under warranty.I wrote a statement, the ring was taken away, after 2 weeks the answer comes that the ring will not be repaired and the money will not be returned. I sent this letter to the store to explain to me the reason why the repair was refused.I left my phone number, the next day the manager dialed me, who answered all my questions, clearly explained the reason, replied that the ring was deformed (they returned it to me uneven, the ring was as if specially curved in the direction where 2 rhinestones disappeared).

Очень милые девушки консультанты, показали просто максимум украшений по моему запросу. Цены нормальные, можно в рассрочку купить. Ушла очень довольная.
