We were in Phoenix in winter and now it's heaven and earth! Ordered a month before the celebration, an order for 10 guests. The restaurant deteriorated to a 1-star rating. Let's start with the fact that the first salads and snacks were brought to the table at 16.30 (I know for sure, because alcohol was brought at that time and the salads were already standing), despite the fact that everyone came by 19.00. It was all weathered and the salads flowed (in principle, it's always like this, it's a huge minus, the sanitary station would go there). Dirty sofas are a horror! The service is 2 out of 10, I had to ask for hot food, the waitresses themselves do not move. And yes, if in January there was a lot of food left for the same amount, now there was nothing to eat and it was a shame in front of the guests, there were empty plates. There were 8 sandwiches on 2 plates for 10 guests!!! And it was at the very beginning, when everyone had just arrived. After midnight, a bunch of strange people in denim shorts and T-shirts came!!!!! And this is a restaurant???? I'm sorry, but the level is zero!!!!

We were with Viadrouniki today. Excellent and sincere service. Delicious pancakes with chicken meat, solyanka and ice cream with cherries. 10 pots of pancakes, 7 salt pans, 3 pizzas = ten hours, super fast and delicious! Thank you, good health to you.

Spacious, comfortable places to land. You can't walk around in the menu, but there are enough positions. I would like at least a couple of items for the children's menu, for example mashed potatoes, cutlets, children's pizza. The portions are sufficient, they are cooked "at home", in principle tasty and satisfying. I really liked the pizza-and the dough is awesome and the fillings are just right. The waiting time is about 20 minutes. Friendly and friendly staff. A children's room with a trampoline and a pool with balls.

Our company decided to celebrate 2024 at the Golden Phoenix restaurant, which they regretted very much afterwards. Although we thought we made the right choice. It's a disappointment.... It was not just a dinner, but a festive one, pre-booked and not for free.New Year's menu (without selection), table setting, cooking at the level of the dining room and catering. There were 3 champagne glasses on the table for 6 people, no change of dishes during New Year's Eve. And the entertainment program is at zero level, it can be said that it did not exist. What happened... you can't name it. In short, there was a sense of shame in front of the guests who were invited from another city.

We came from Minsk for an excursion, lunch was provided at this institution, salad, soup and hot dishes were served, everything is good, like homemade food, I don't know how it is compared to the food that is served on arrival from the menu, but we liked everything. The staff works conscientiously.

We came to Slonim on business and did not know where to sit down to eat, because the infrastructure of the city is not very well developed. We drove past this restaurant and decided to stop by. We did not regret this decision at all! It was very tasty and really not expensive!

We celebrated a birthday in this institution. Only the food deserves a "good" rating. The hot is delicious, the salads are not bad. The slicing, in particular the fruit, was clearly not the first freshness. There is no service. During all this time, we were approached a couple of times to pick up empty plates that we ourselves put on the edge of the table. It was also necessary to ask for dirty plates to be replaced with clean ones. The staff is rude. When I asked that they didn't bring us another Coke from the order, the answer was that they brought us everything. When I said that there was not enough bottle on the table, I was just rude in response. No music in the restaurant until 21.00. Even just a background one. Deathly silence. When they made an order, my guests chose hot dishes and salads for themselves, which clearly did not like the girl receiving the order. Apparently, it is not "accepted" for them to order what they want. After all, it is easier to "stick" 10 identical dishes than 10 different ones. Well, in conclusion, at the end of the evening, when we went to the wardrobe to pick up our things, it turned out that my husband had lost the number, which was in the form of an ordinary piece of paper, where the number was written in pen. To which the cloakroom attendant said to pay 3 rubles. In order not to spoil the mood for ourselves even more, we gave her 5 rubles, to which she replied thank you and put them in her pocket. Here is such a service. So to say, "the theater begins with a hanger."
The atmosphere is generally not bad. But the institution clearly has a lot to grow and develop.

I'm not a frequent guest, but I celebrated my anniversary and was a guest at events of my friends and family. The service is excellent, the cooking is at the proper level and delicious and the cooked dish looks very decent. Beautiful slicing, fresh and high-quality products. I really like this place for recreation. Good music and a great band.

We visited this restaurant and the impression is terrible. There is a passageway in the kitchen, people from the street go in there, plates are taken by hand, which then is not very pleasant to eat. Another disadvantage is that it takes a very long time to cook. We waited for 1.30 until the hot stuff was brought, although they promised from 30 minutes to an hour. We were on the day when there was only a banquet, moreover, everything is prepared in advance and there were many free seats. I advise you to come to this restaurant only for those who want to, roughly speaking, swell up. I'll give you one star.

We were passing by Slonim. We wanted to have lunch , on Saturday , at 12:00 we arrived at the institution - it is closed. Inside, the staff smokes and drinks coffee. They called , so we probably will have special service , we don't know when we will open. Well done! Then don't whine that someone won't let you earn. It's your own fault!
