A good sanatorium of the average price category. The living conditions are quite acceptable, but they were during the intense heat and there was a great lack of air conditioning, not only in the rooms, but also in the medical buildings.
There are various medical procedures, in addition to those 8 that are included in the price of the voucher, you can additionally purchase more, but it is better to do this immediately upon arrival, otherwise specialists may not have free time later.
The sanatorium has a swimming pool with heated mineral water, but visiting the pool is also a procedure and if you want to visit it every day, then you need to pay extra for the rest of the days.
The staff of the sanatorium is very responsive, for which I thank everyone very much.

Carefully study the information about the sanatorium: This is not 5 stars, but 1 star.... A huge territory with access to the banks of the Sozh river, magnificent oaks and pines (unkempt forest). The buildings and rooms are different: from economy to luxury. The food on the ordered menu is good. The treatment is varied, according to the doctor's prescription and the profile of the disease. Pay attention to the number of procedures: the fewer laziness in the sanatorium, the fewer there are. Building 3 is very clean, cleaning every day, the staff is polite and friendly. Also, special thanks to the manager Irina, who promptly resolved the issues of settlement. If you are driving, then parking is paid on the territory of the sanatorium, you can also leave your car outside the territory for free. There is a Playground, recreation for children and adults is organized in the evenings, you can go on an excursion. In general, I liked everything, I even want to come back. Thanks to all the staff!

In November 2024, she had a rest at the Golden Sands sanatorium. The rest and recovery were excellent, because there was a sufficient selection of procedures that helped to improve health, I especially note hydrotherapy and mud therapy with ozokerite, of course, and a pool with mineral water.I lived in a single room in the first building, where it is comfortable, cozy, bed linen was cleaned and changed on time. The food is five times a day (it is), not pork, but beef, liver, tongue and salads with seaweed and squid predominate from meat.Delicious, healthy! The waiters are polite. The "Accordion Songs" were especially remembered from leisure, and we were lucky, because the accordion player is the famous Belarusian composer Viktor Zadorozhny. In his hands, the accordion began to learn like a whole orchestra, immersing those who were leaving into the atomosphere of song magic. And the management service is working properly. The tour was handled by Alena's manager - and everything is clear, on time, it worked perfectly. I would like to address employees by name, BUT no one has badges (the situation should be corrected).I recommend a sanatorium for rest and wellness.

A wonderful place, good procedures, it's a pity that there are few free ones, but you can pay extra for the necessary ones. It is not convenient in the pool, since there are no paths, it is not always possible to swim. There are small children in shallow water, grandmothers communicate in the corners, but there are also "drifting" ones, they move hand in hand throughout the water area. They accompanied us throughout the rest))) The kitchen has a strong five variety, everything is delicious, clear on time without fuss. The staff is always smiling, special thanks to Alla Petrovna for her attention. Amazing nature! The huge territory of the sanatorium! Incredible atmosphere! Good food! These are the advantages.
Of the nuances: a certain degree of murder. Yes. The buildings are not feeling well. The medical building has four floors. There are no elevators. Keep in mind.
The bar is very sad. But we rode bicycles to the neighboring Cornflower and took a cappuccino for 2 rubles. On the Ranch (4 km from the sanatorium) we climbed a rope town). So we were looking for entertainment ourselves)
Let's go back to the sanatorium. The biggest advantage: nature and power. A clean, beautiful river. Powerful wildlife.
Be sure to take a walk along the Ethno stitch. It runs along the river for about a kilometer and a half. It starts from the bridge. Oh, yes, the bridge! I loved walking around it.

I visited the sanatorium "Golden Sands" of the Republic of Belarus at the end of September 2024. I had a lovely room. The nutrition and treatment are good. The staff is helpful. In the evening, after dinner, entertainment with an animator for children, quizzes and a disco for adults. The only thing that is very necessary is to find money to build an outdoor elevator and rebuild a pump room with mineral water so that there is a connection with 2 medical buildings. Well, it is impossible for elderly sick people to walk from the 3rd floor up steep stairs from one building to the 3rd floor to another. Management, think about the people!

I like to go there. A large swimming pool with mineral water, a good mud and hydrotherapy base. There are many inexpensive procedures. Clean air, sandy beach for those who like to swim. The most beautiful city of Gomel is nearby. A varied diet, you will not stay hungry. A gym where you can practice volleyball or basketball. I liked the richness and large portions of the food.
I lived in building 6. The room was good for living.
I liked the contests and cultural events. There were not enough electronic notifications about upcoming events and their advertising.
The territory is large and beautiful due to the trees. There is not enough funding for maintenance and repair.

The rooms are so-so.... The beds leave much to be desired, everything is creaky old. pillows are just a lump of filler. the staff, especially the medical building, it's not even possible to put a unit on them. Such dissatisfied people go to sit in queues to get to the procedure .Vegetable salad is a sliced cucumber. Of the fruits for all the time, we saw a pear that could not even be bitten, and tangerines. The food is monotonous and it is difficult to call it a six - course meal .
The territory of the sanatorium is very large, but unfortunately almost all of it is abandoned. Rope bridges are a horror, everything is rusty ...
Entertainment is songs to the accordion and no matter what kind of disco in a small stuffy room. Billiards, tennis, bicycles, scooters, all for a fee. By the way, almost all procedures are paid. If you are eating with a child, then prepare for the fact that he will have nothing to do.
I am very sorry for the money spent..... I will write wherever possible because such a vacation is not worth the money (

The sanatorium left a very ambiguous impression. Everything seemed to be fine, but the work of the organizer just crossed out all the positive aspects. A person does not know how to communicate with people at all. He allows himself to yell at vacationers and kick them out of the event. Entertainment for children beyond their age, the same songs throughout the race. At the adult disco, the same story - one playlist for three weeks. It's not the first year I've been going to a sanatorium in Belarus with a child, but this is the first time I've encountered such an attitude towards people.
Special thanks to the mud and electrotherapy staff, it was always a pleasure to come to the procedure. To the event organizer Inna, 1000 hugs and special thanks.
I also want to say "thank you" to the attendants and maids of the first building,
they will always respond adequately, help and prompt. And it was nice to go into the dining room. On the first day, we were met, taken to a table, told and shown everything.
Organizer Anna has someone to learn how to communicate with people.
I don't write complaints, but it was her personal request. How can you refuse if a person asks for it like that! She screams at her events! It would have been better if I had learned to talk calmly, it would have been more useful!
Dear management of the sanatorium, if you want people to come back to you again, I advise you to change the organizer. You can't work with people who are so unbalanced! Spoils the whole impression of the sanatorium!

We had a vacation with my husband in November 2024. They put us in the 3rd building in the block (next to 2 more rooms). There is a shared refrigerator and an adjacent bathroom, which is very inconvenient for 5 people. On the 5th day, mold was found behind the bedside table from the balcony (the wallpaper turned black and swollen). Apparently, the wall froze from the street. The administration of the sanatorium did not recognize that it was mold. But at our request, she moved us to the 3rd so-called cottage, a two-storey block-type house: a common hallway, where there is a sofa, a refrigerator, an old TV and a bathroom (fortunately separate). The neighbors had a bigger room, but we had a tiny one (a double room!!!), where 2 beds, 2 bedside tables, 2 pencil cases and a table and a stool could barely fit (everything was old and tattered).
My mattress was torn and short (my legs hung down) with springs digging into my body, I had to put leaky wool blankets under me. The beds are narrow and uncomfortable. Old feather pillows (last century!!!). My husband has bronchial asthma and bronchial spasm began after the night. I was saved with an inhaler, but the allergy remained. The administrator of the 1st building and the maids replaced the pillows the next day and the mattress a few days later. And we also begged for the only chair that could barely fit into our cubicle, and a table lamp.
In addition, our building was repaired from the outside. They knocked and sawed under the window, they did not give rest.
We asked the administrator to move us to better conditions with an additional fee, but we were refused due to lack of places. After a while, we found out that a good room was empty in cottage 6, but no one notified us, although I asked very much.
The treatment is not bad. Good thermal procedures, but the gala room did not work, instead there was speleotherapy. In the middle of the room, on a shabby bedside table, there was a coffee grinder-type device that unevenly sprayed salt from a pack. Patients sat on chairs and benches and inhaled salt. My husband wanted to treat asthma, but this treatment did not have the expected effect.
A nice pool with mineral water, of normal size and the water is very warm.
Now about nutrition. Despite the fact that there was a good assortment in the dining room, the first courses were often served too salty for me and salads were almost always with mayonnaise, sometimes with vinegar. But the head waiter Gnidina A.P. organized a gentle, dietary diet for me, for which I am very grateful to her.
In the sanatorium, water with a rotten smell flows from the taps.
Among the advantages, I can name events for vacationers organized by the talented presenter Anna Nikolaevna. The spectacular, funny numbers evoked a smile, laughter and lifted the mood.
Good, responsive staff in the dining room, the medical building, as well as the duty room of the 1st building and the maids.
In general, I did not like the rest. Didn't get enough sleep, didn't get treated, left a day earlier

Only the application is free - and then it's one knee or one elbow - only one place where you can choose where you will get mud (and knees or elbow are really only either right or left, just one procedure!!!)
If you choose local mud for a fee!!! then the doctor can no longer prescribe for you for free!!!
Separately, about the doctor- yes, she prescribes procedures, but you must go to each office where they are done and arrange the time yourself!!!! As luck would have it, many procedures coincide in time for you!!!!
You sign up for a massage, and you're offered only one time!!! and at the same time they offer you a shower!!!— in response, they offer to choose what you need more! And give up something!!!
As a result, out of all the procedures, you will choose only two or three procedures- you were offered 10, but all of them at the same time!!!!!!!
You'll also spend half a day going through all the classrooms and choosing what to sign up for!!!! Make a treatment plan for yourself- (Where do you want to go more)
Saturday and Sunday - There are no procedures at all!!!
About the dining room - 30 minutes to eat/ since it is located on the territory of the sanatorium
There is still some kind of educational institution - and after you, the children have lunch there- it follows that I didn't have time to eat, no one cares- I was late -your problems!!!!
The place needs to be vacated!!!

I was improving my health with my son from 03/13.24 to 03/31.24 - there is no limit to emotions!!! Friendly, attentive staff and everyone in their place!!! Very interesting entertaining evenings for children and adults. The procedures are a miracle that will put anyone on their feet, a chic bossein and herbal tea after it is generally super!!! We had a rest from 03.10.2023 to 12.10.2023 I really liked it. It wasn't the first time we had a rest. Very responsive staff (especially on baths and underwater massage). We were satisfied with the masseur Victor. The food is wonderful, varied, the staff in the building is attentive. Leisure and entertainment for all age categories were very interesting. Thank you all so much for your hard work!!! Outrage caused communication with the doctor (nachmed), practically led a monologue, appointed a bunch of paid procedures that we didn't even have time to go through.

The food is amazing. I was in March 2023 with my daughter, I liked the sanatorium. Funny fact, you drink salt, you swim in the pool with salami. Be sure to go for an underwater massage. The entertainment program was a little weak, but since I needed a break from work, it was not important to me. You can take a barbecue and fry shish kebabs, nearby, 2 km away is a village where you can buy everything you need. It's a pity that the taxi didn't really want to go to the sanatorium from Gomel, I don't know why. But public transport runs in the morning. And it's easy to leave Gomel for a sanatorium. I don't really know how things are in the summer season with ticks, you can ask at the reception. It is better to drink bottled water, it is still a sick area. P.S. We had a family vacation in the month of June, for 17 days, during this time we never changed the bed linen, the cleaning leaves much to be desired, a week before departure, we mowed the grass on the football field, from 6 a.m., we did not receive any procedures, if anything, we waited for 1 hour, very much a lot of child athletes, all the holidays were celebrated with a bang, until 2 am, apparently no one was bothered, mosquitoes are just terrible, you can't go outside at 19h without protective equipment, the road to the beach is like a death path, you will reach it or not is unknown. Now about the good things, the food was hearty, the staff was polite, there are bicycles at the rental, and sports / equipment, nearby, 2 km from the village of Novaya Guta, where you can exchange currency and buy groceries. We won't come here anymore.

The girls from the reception answered. They were very pleasant and told everything intelligently and suggested, for which I thank them very much.
We stopped at a wonderful room in building 6.
The room has a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV (it would not be bad to set up an antenna), an additional sofa. Very clean, bright room. The shower room . (I had to wait a little for the water to get warmer)), sink, toilet..
The hostesses are very nice and tidy. Cleaning every day, thank you.
Canteen. It's big and spacious, and it's really nice to have music. Delicious. But there is not a big request. This is certainly the taste of everyone. A large beautiful area. But! Walking is not possible. Clouds of midges that eat out a piece of skin, the bite site itches and swells. Midges from May to July. The paths are broken, the concrete steps to the buildings are repaired with wood, which in turn move apart underfoot. People are crippled. There is no traumatologist on site. They won't provide any help. Just like pharmacies. But an excellent dentist. A doctor from God!!! Knocked out teeth made it so that you can't tell the difference from your family! Good and attentive staff at the spa.
The procedures are all relatively inexpensive.
The cash register operates in an incomprehensible mode. It doesn't match the work schedule.
There are no shelves in the shower in the pool. The pool itself is dead. Broken tiles. Rusty batteries. The water in the pool is gorgeous. Warm mineral water. Rush. A great massage, both manual and underwater. There is no children's room, and there is no teacher either. The children of mothers who are undergoing procedures are carried around the entire medical building. Excellent dining room and a great menu. You can close your eyes to all the flaws, if not for a cloud of midges. You must bring repellents and anti-allergic products with you!!!! They moved by dashes between the rooms.

This place is back to the USSR, an unforgettable "vacation" with a minus sign. We had a rest immediately after NG from January 2 to January 8, left a day earlier, couldn't stand such "service".
1. The territory is huge, unkempt, but beautiful, not thanks to the owners of the sanatorium, but thanks to nature itself: pines, a river, in summer there will be a cloud of midges and mosquitoes, which no one has ever poisoned and does not poison, keep this in mind
2. Service: 3 points out of 5, no one is particularly happy to see you there, but they frankly do not send you. The medical staff is also a separate sect, people do not know how to communicate with vacationers, the culture is again from the times of the USSR- so be it, we will serve you, they do not explain anything, guess yourself where to sit down and how long the procedure will last. The setting was like something out of a horror movie, my husband attended all the procedures, and the mud treatment unit was like an intensive care unit in the most remote city.
The pool is good, but even it is covered in rusty streaks, the tiles have clearly been washed for a long time, the mineral water is clean, the "pool supervisor" is excellent on weekends, on weekdays
the mud treatment and hydrotherapy building does not work on holidays and weekends, i.e. out of 7 days it worked 2. They do not want to work there, Everyone wants to get home faster.
3. Kitchen: 3 out of 5, we are 4! We ate according to the on-duty menu for a day, until I protested. But they didn't even think to apologize, they pretended to be tired of vacationers. In principle, Al's diet is sick, but not so disgusting. No need for oysters and squid, but everything was terribly monotonous, cabbage and peas made me sick, all the cereals were dry and cold, the portions were normal.
4. The room is normal, the sofas are not sagging, the pillows are full of crap, cleaning every day, the one that is working. We lived in the 1st building on the 4th floor, and by the end of the so-called rest, my husband carefully weighed the need for going down and up to the floors. And if you "fly" up stairs at the age of 15, then at the age of 50 many people have diseases in which it is not what is useful, but harmful to strain the joints. But the management doesn't give a shit about anything.
The bar is closed, the store on site is sparse until 4, Sat, Sun off
Bottom line: there is no thought of coming back here, I am a man who is not spoiled by "European comfort", but it is a shame to take money for such a fossil.
The organization of the rest and treatment process is completely absent. Whatever aspect of the sanatorium you take, it's all 0 points. I don't recommend it to anyone, it's a waste of time and money. People are not aimed at "making money" and "making their holidays comfortable," draw conclusions, gentlemen.

A big plus is nutrition, they give pork, beef, chicken and fish. Lots of goodies for lunch. Another plus is the organization of leisure activities, every day of the event.
BUT the main thing you're going for is treatment, that's a solid minus here. A massage was not prescribed according to the voucher, because there are few massage therapists, I had to buy this procedure. I would like to see a variety of procedures, but there are none. All the equipment is outdated, according to the application, only paid procedures. I don't understand how this time. Russians are coming...probably because of the low cost.
And 80% of pensioners, dancing was staged in the 60s.

In general, everything is fine, the food is dietary, the rooms are cleaned daily. The territory is large, but somewhat abandoned, in June there were mosquitoes and midges, there were not enough mosquito nets on the windows. The staff is polite and friendly, accordion songs and discos in the evenings, I didn't have enough views of new hood movies.

I write a review a year after my vacation. If you evaluate by a 5-point scale: Registration - 3, Medicine - 2 (there were not enough medical workers, therefore not all services, even paid ones, are not available), Meals for 7+, rooms - 3-4, Leisure - 4 (more for children, for adults - dancing and trips to the city), the territory of the sanatorium is large and It's a little neglected, but the nature is awesome. If in general, then I don't want to come back here.
