The girls listened very carefully to my appeal, found my order that was six months ago, quickly and promptly found the same frame in the optician's network and explained where and how to repair it quickly. Thank you so much for your help, attention and wonderful attitude towards people and their problems. For glasses only in this optics and I will recommend it to everyone

I have always liked optics until today. Previously, an ophthalmologist's examination when buying lenses was free, now, from March 2024, you pay 25 rubles for an examination. Conclusion: contact another optician, where a doctor's examination when buying lenses is free. For us, regular customers, Cinderella optics is a thing of the past....

I ordered glasses recently. The ophthalmologist is good, I liked everything at the stage of ordering. But when I came to scratch the frame, I realized that the master had noticeably bent it (after installing the lenses, it began to sit noticeably worse).

Very bad attitude towards the client. They don't say what stocks they have, they keep silent about this question, even when you ask! I ordered lenses at one price, paid for another, although they said that the price would not change! I recently ordered glasses 2 days before my birthday! No one warned that there is a discount!!! The information content is terrible, you can squeeze all the information from the seller!!!

We were here looking for an ophthalmologist and glasses. I liked the glasses less than in another store, the ophthalmologist was pleasant to talk to. But, having fallen for this imaginary pleasantness, they took the lenses praised by her, which are not only more expensive than those that we usually use, but also 4 lenses broke in a month. It's not the first year we've been using lenses, and such quality is not normal. Sellers were unpleasantly intrusive in places (phrases like "let's wait outside the door" at the moments of expressing an opinion are inadequate for the service staff). Judging by the quality of the lenses, we can only be glad that nothing else was bought here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the prices, the doctor, the administrators, and the master who inserted the lenses into the frame. The doctor painstakingly and carefully selected astigmatic lenses for me, and, taking into account my wishes, additionally checked my eyesight and lens diopters in old glasses. The receptionist is polite, friendly and sociable. The master did a great job. Well, the price pleased me! I will only contact this optics. P.S. Both the administrator and the doctor are very pretty girls!

Good store and service. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for vision, there are no problems with the quality. The doctor is pleasant, checked the eyesight on the device, gave good advice. And today I bought sunglasses. The consultant explained about UV. I hope they will last a long time
