A hormonal drug was injected into the cat to prevent estrus. The doctor said he would calm down within a day. (A similar practice has already been done with another cat in another clinic, the result was within 4 hours) at the end of the day , the situation only worsened . I called the clinic, they said the body is different, it works for 3 days. 4.5 days have passed and there is no result. It 's getting worse and worse . He screams incessantly . 4 days without sleep and agony in a cat . Of course, they don't answer the phone because it's the holidays. Although , they said it would be possible to call after 3 days . Who will return the time spent and answer for our suffering? The question is not at all about the amount of funds - it's pennies! How can you be trusted with difficult tasks when you are not even able to answer for the result of the injection?!

I don't even want to put one star... terrible doctors, it feels like they just want to rip off money.
The dog felt unwell and took him to this clinic. They did several tests, and in the end they said the plague. They were treated for the plague for 2 days, 7 injections were given a day, it turned out to be empty. Today my dog had seizures and epilepsy, since this clinic does not work on Sunday, I went to another one, and thank God, I found out that my dog has food poisoning, and that what is happening is a side effect. Now my dog has a small percentage of survival, and he is not even two months old. I do not advise you to go there if your pet is dear to you.

Disgusting clinic, absolutely incompetent reception staff. I asked several times what certificates are needed to travel to the EU and who should do them, they only repeated that it was necessary to get a certificate at the airport. The airport staff said that the certificate was issued by the clinic and they were absolutely right. High prices, it just looks like some kind of shabby basement, there is no normal animal feed. If it were possible to put less than 1*, then I would put a negative rating.

I do not recommend it. Doctors do not know how to properly examine animals, there is no love for animals. They treated a small kitten for 1.5 months - they prescribed a pate (which, as it turned out, is categorically impossible now) except to measure the temperature, nothing else is included in the examination. And the prices are unacceptable
As a result, we turned to another doctor, who is now fighting for the kitten's life, as the intestines were torn off because of the pate.
If you want the animal to stay alive, find another clinic. There is nothing good here

Super clinic. Clever doctors, they cured bacterial cystitis in our shepherd dog. Thanks to the girls! They have been serviced for 2 years. There is a cool service - a doctor's home visit. The director and Dr. Akmal redid the certificate for leaving the country 100,500 times, met us halfway and helped us solve everything with departure. We are very grateful to him and his team! A dimly lit dirty office in the basement, not an "extra-class vet center." The administrator cannot navigate simple manipulations and costs. A queue of 10 people huddles in the back room, there is no record, all manipulations with animals with the doors open in front of everyone in some small dark room that you can't even call an office. This place cannot be called a veterinary clinic, forgive me for such a comparison, but in Russia even homeless animals would not be sheltered in such a room, but here they are "treated". Oh, yes, they also let you through the gang without queuing, and it doesn't matter how long you stand in line — an hour or two.
A store with a rich assortment that falls off the shelves, because the room is not equipped for the purpose of selling from the word at all, which raises doubts about the quality (if they cannot spend money on a normal room, they may save money on supplies and sell counterfeit goods).
It's a nightmare, we wasted our time on this place, not a foot more, and we don't advise you!

I don't know who writes good reviews here, but no matter how I come to this clinic, there's always a queue, the staff has unhappy faces! It seems that they praise themselves here in the reviews. I have been to this clinic many times. Katya is always unhappy, pretending as if almost the whole world of animal owners is praying for her. Examines animals with a favor!
Akmal is a terrible brute! And we've run into him more than once!
The most interesting thing is that they were treated and tested more than once, and never received a clear diagnosis. All around and about!
In very acute and urgent situations, they do not even want to enter the situation! They say wait for us for 2-3 hours (minimum). Starred in general! And no medical oath given to them once stops them from negligence.
To make it informative, I will say about myself, I have an official kennel with quite expensive animals.

If you have a situation related to the fact that an animal fell out of a window, was knocked down, etc. (I do not recommend contacting this clinic)!
We asked to examine our dog, which fell out of the window. Of the obvious signs that he was in pain, there was a paw that he was propping up.
They took an X-ray of the paw, which the veterinarian could not read, except for the phrase: "well ... there are no obvious fractures."
We were not given any first aid,
so there was no examination of the animal.
They ripped off money out of the blue.
And we left with the conclusion: everything will be fine in a week.
A cast and surgery were prescribed at another clinic.
