One is old, the other is newer. A lot of children, in my opinion, do not have enough changing areas in the toilet. Maybe there is in a newer one, I do not know. There is also a cafe overlooking the lake. But I didn't like that you can't choose either drinks or food from the menu, since there is no cook. You can choose something from ready-made food, but it's not even warm. But still, the place is beautiful. Lots of greenery. The kids like it.

Please pay attention to the staff. We wanted to visit the zoo on August 16, 2024. We came to buy 3 tickets, 2 adults and a child. I said in English that there are two adult tickets and one child ticket. I paid with a card, she gave me a ticket, and immediately began shouting and insulting in Russian that I was a liar, I wanted to go for free, in general, for no reason at all, like at the bazaar I was yelling at the whole queue. I asked for our money back, that I did not want to go to them with such hospitality, she threw the money and continued to yell and insult. I have honestly never met such rudeness! Please, THE ZOO ADMINISTRATION, PAY ATTENTION TO WHO WORKS AT YOUR CHECKOUT!!!
