They "fed me breakfast" and so the issue was not resolved. The soil in the kit turned out to be dirty, and I had to wash it 2 times. The lid and the aquarium itself were also dusty. They must have been open for a long time.

I ordered a 260-liter aquarium with a pedestal and delivery to another city from this store. The aquarium has arrived, but the impressions of the purchase are not clear. First of all, the order was for 260 liters, and 240 liters arrived in the end. The dimensions shown on the website do not match the real ones. Packing in corton wrapped with stretch film. Oh, and the inscription "carefully fragile" 🤣 Secondly: The edges of the glass that run along the bottom along the back wall are not processed, it feels like they were not cut with a glass cutter, but with a hammer and chisel.🤨 Thirdly: the cabinet arrived assembled, which is good, but all with external defects.: chips, scratches, etc . There was no response to my message about the discrepancy in the aquarium's capacity. Use this information to improve your work and prevent similar problems in the future.

it's not the first year we've been interested in aquariums (one aquarium stood for three years) and so we decided to buy another because it was leaking, everything was fine, until one evening the aquarium just cracked from below, although it stood on a substrate and on a flat surface, they called without aggression, told the whole situation, threw off the photo, and we were told that it was our fault and this is not a warranty case, the aquarium has been standing for 3-4 days.
