We constantly go to this store and it is not the first time that we encounter the malevolence of the staff. Unpleasant looks, don't want to help, answer questions, communicate very poorly. It's just an unpleasant feeling after we left. I would really like to continue visiting this store, as it is near my house, but I won't go there anymore because of the staff.

The call center advises you to run through all the stores that indicate "availability" and make sure you personally have the product or not. After placing an order through the website, I receive an SMS message in exactly 30 minutes. That is, I had what I needed in the store! The store employees simply refused to serve the customer!

I feel good about this chain, but this particular store is just terrible. And all because of the sellers. Such faces and sidelong glances, as if I went to their house and disturbed their peace. They will never help with the choice, they will never make an effort to offer something. They don't hesitate to look directly at the visitor and discuss it among themselves. Do I come to choose a product or to be appreciated and the employees have a reason to talk?! Please change the employees. Otherwise, there is no desire to buy there!
