This store works very strangely. I ordered goods several times in an online store with pickup from the store at Starovilensky tract 28. Almost every time I arrived, there was a sign on the door that said I left for a bone, I'll be back in half an hour. As the employees of this company explained to me on the phone, there is no designated lunch time in the stores, that is, when he wanted to leave then. And everyone who came for their order is not the company's problem. Although the website indicates the opening hours of 10.30-20.30 WITHOUT A BREAK. That is, my consumer rights are being violated. Today I came to the opening ,,,,and BINGO ,,,, there is a sign that went for a bone. After 15 minutes of waiting, I call a single number and they tell me maybe the employee is sick. This is aerobatics. When I ask to bring the order, they tell me that 4 rubles are missing before free delivery. That's customer focus!!!!! I basically did not add the product to the order, and I have a question for the company's management - who in this case will compensate me for the cost of gasoline and the time I spent each time coming for my orders and leaving back - Went for a bone.

They sold expired food by weight, barely brought the puppy to his senses The staff is not customer-oriented, does not want and does not try to solve the problem. The food by weight is in open packages, it goes out, the seller is sick at the checkout, sneezes at it. (Perhaps they add the delay in weight)Disgusting. The manager didn't even try to solve the problem. We left a complaint in the book of suggestions and comments. We were informed that the complaint would go to the sanitary station and a statement to the police. I do not advise you to buy feed by weight and preferably check the expiration dates of what you are buying

The store is weak, there is no cooking, minimal type of pancakes and salads with mayonnaise, which is too much added, apparently for weight. There is not much choice for chilled meat. There is no smoked, salted fish, only in packs. There are often queues, because not all cash desks work
