I don't understand why such an employee should be left at a pet store if there is no desire to return there after visiting, and there is no need either, given at least 2 pet stores nearby with an interested and polite attitude towards the customer. I will describe my situation: on January 6, at 19:30, she went to get food, saw me, the girl continued to actively tell her story on the phone, turning away while I was standing at the checkout and waiting for at least some attention to buy, the girl said "what?" without turning around, I asked if there was a Monge for sterilized cats the answer was "no." I continued the dialogue myself and clarified what kind of Monge there is. Then the girl weighed my food, continuing to talk on the phone even during the calculation. I have a dubious impression, I will continue to walk 50 steps more once every couple of weeks to another store for friendly service :)

Usually everything is fine in this store, the staff is polite. Unfortunately, today was an exception. I came in, no one even greeted me. All the way to my choice, I listened to the personal conversations of the seller and when I went to the checkout they did not end! They punched my order like in the cheapest scoop store, the girl didn't even look up at me and continued her personal conversation on the phone. The impressions after the visit are not very pleasant((
