The staff is excellent, I can't say anything about that! But the specific opening hours are sometimes shocking..) The lunch time is not specified, but when I don't come, I always see the ad "Gone for a bone." Please specify the LUNCH hours so that you don't waste customers' time and wonder "will I buy food today?"

There are no questions about the pet store. There are questions about the store's staff and work policy. Lunch is not listed in the opening hours, the staff cannot answer simple questions, or rather, they can, but by rolling their eyes. They can't find their way around analogues and pricing.
