I didn't like the service. I bought food by weight, brought it home, but it has no smell at all, as if it had gone stale, the cats naturally did not touch it. I came back to the store to make a refund - the seller Yana rudely refused flatly, saying in public that I could have substituted the goods, while I am a regular customer and knows me by sight. What kind of service is this??? I wrote to the complaint book and called their office. The application was accepted, but no one called back for a month! Until I insisted again. We took the food for examination, the money was returned, but not even for all the food!!! And we calculated the few grams that I poured out of the bag))) How petty!!! In total, a month has passed and a lot of nerves have been spent. The network has lost its regular customer.
