I went to this store for many years and used the online store. I would like to recommend it because of the abundance of the assortment, but, unfortunately, the pricing policy of this brand has changed a lot for the worse. Goods are getting more expensive day by day, even the Friday discount does not help. Now we have to look for products in other stores. Disgusting attitude towards customers. Today I went to this store to pick up my order. There is a queue in the store due to the fact that the store clerk slowly accepts goods from the supplier and does not serve customers.This action lasted about twenty minutes.There was a decent queue. When communicating, the seller has no corporate ethics at all. Neither hello, nor goodbye....

Unfortunately, I had to take off, for now, 2*. Today I was informed that you can't go in with a cup of coffee, because they had a case when a couple, choosing a scratching post, poured coffee at the entrance. They sold food for my cat with a very angry face, I think if I took the coffee outside and left it at the entrance, the seller would definitely become happier.
