The breaks are 15 minutes (which last clearly longer than 15 minutes), then it is closed simply because it is closed (the cashier wanted to smoke right at the entrance to the store), and it does not matter that it is the middle of the working day. In general, you will have to buy where you bought before, you are disappointed.
