It's a good pet supply chain, but lately it's been a bit weak with promotions. I think that they are not working on the customer loyalty program, there is a complete lack of motivation for active customers, all under one umbrella.

But, the question is not to the sellers, but to the management of the store chain: when there are a large number of customers, it happens that the girl works alone, so, in my opinion, it should not be. She is physically unable to cope with such a flow of customers! Either you don't have enough employees, or you don't want to pay another one's salary. Think about it carefully.
I would especially like to highlight the seller Anastasia, explained everything, showed, told in detail about each feed and vitamins, in addition, gave additional information on veterinary directions - a real professional in his field!
