We came across two shoals of this store. Not a foot now.
1 the feed purchased by weight did not correspond to the fraction that is constantly bought in packs (it was explained that another plant) yes, this feed has two plants. They closed their eyes.
2 food was bought by weight on Friday evening , when they realized that there would not be enough for the holiday weekend. Opening the package on Saturday , we were shocked it was dark, greasy and sticky! It is completely different from the food that we buy. They poured it out of a pack of our feed. This is 1000%
If you take the packaging, see the dates. If the weight is high, pay attention to the fraction, color and condition. The management did not respond to the complaints sent on the site in any way.. in the video, the food from the dry pack that has been lying at home for a month on the left, the food bought in the store is sticky and greasy.
I'll add to the story, because of the holidays, I thought at least someone from the management would get in touch. Because they still answered me in Viber and said that they would forward the information to the management. The holidays have passed, and there is still complete silence. Screenshots with the answers of the pet store are attached. That's how they love their customers.

A great store. There is everything you need. A good choice. But a small selection of diapers. As it is, everything is fine, and the prices are reasonable. I advise you to visit.
