Watson and I would like to thank the clinic staff for their sensitivity and responsiveness, warm attitude to each client, we were also greeted with warmth and professionalism, special thanks to Inna Rukhadze, she quickly and correctly diagnosed, consulted and recommended treatment, we entrusted Watson to Alena Ushakova for surgery, which was not mistaken, the surgeon justified everything expectations, now Watson will have to rehabilitate and we know for sure that we are in safe hands.

A good clinic, very kind and attentive doctors. I brought a cat with ear problems, she was carefully examined and prescribed treatment. I am very grateful to doctor Alyona!

I will try to write this review briefly, because remembering everything is physically and mentally impossible. We went to this clinic with a 2-month-old rabbit, which had only breathing signs of life. We were the first to arrive, but despite this, the "doctor" Temo Aladashvili first accepted another adult rabbit, who entered after us. The "doctor" did not perform any manipulations except for five injections, among which, according to him, were glucose, an antibiotic and vitamins. After that, he told me to come back in 3 days. When I asked what to do if the rabbit would neither eat nor drink (he was literally lying like a rag), the "doctor" said, "well, then come back in 2 days." We were the rabbit's owners for 5 days, and he was fine until that terrible day. The "doctor" also said that he was the fifth rabbit in a day to be brought in this condition and suggested a virus. We paid 40 GEL for it and went home hoping for improvements. But there was no improvement. On the contrary, it looked like the rabbit was fading away more and more. Then I raised the alarm and began contacting communities and veterinarians who understand rabbits. And then it turned out that the "doctor" had given our baby a dose of an antibiotic from the penicillin group, which is TOXIC to this animal species. As soon as I found out about this, I immediately went to another clinic, where the veterinarian had already left work, but was ready to return to save the baby. I hung up the phone and was about to get dressed, but I discovered that the rabbit was no longer breathing. Despite the fact that he was with us for only 5 days, we cried as a family, but the "doctor" had nothing to do with it. I texted him that he had simply destroyed our pet with one injection. What did he say? Nothing. HE DOESN'T CARE!!! It's scary to imagine how many more rabbits (or other animals) have suffered at the hands of this man. The clinic did not offer either a hospital or IVs, although everyone could see that the animal was in critical condition. Moreover, it is a well-known fact that rabbits cannot even stop eating for a few hours, not to mention 2-3 days after which the "doctor" told us to come. It was a tragedy for our family. Especially for the youngest child, who, due to the fault of this unfortunate "doctor", was forced to write a farewell note to the rabbit that evening and put it in a cardboard coffin, rolling in tears. As they say, God sees everything. Of the advantages, I can only mention the goodwill of the administrator. As the owner of three more pets, I will not go to this clinic even if it is the only one. Not only did they not help, they also ruined the animal.
