We recently applied to the Zoosphere veterinary clinic on Shamsurova. I liked that there was modern equipment here — they did ultrasound and X-rays, everything was fast and stress-free for the animal. Doctors Madiya Tulegenovna and Anton Yurievich carefully examined the pet, explained the results in detail and prescribed treatment. The staff is very friendly, you can feel the love for animals. I would also like to mention the cleanliness and convenience of the clinic — there is a pet store and an animal hotel nearby. A good place where pets are really taken care of.

We recently contacted the Zoosphere veterinary clinic, and I'm still impressed. Our cat was brought in because she started breathing strangely and was hiding all the time. We were admitted very quickly, and immediately sent for an ultrasound and X-ray. Cardiologist Aitzhan Madi Tulegenovich explained everything in detail based on the results, showed the pictures and it was immediately clear that the man knows his job. The diagnosis was confirmed accurately, although we had been told something completely different in another clinic before. They did a complete blood test here, looked at the heart, and finally everything became clear. Treatment was prescribed, and just a few days later the cat became much better. She's running around again and even asking to play, which hasn't happened for a long time. I really liked that no one hurries in the Zoosphere, everything is explained in normal human language, calmly and without unnecessary words. The equipment is new, it is clear that professionals are working. Now we know where to turn if something happens. Many thanks to the entire clinic team and special thanks to Aitzhan Madi Tulegenovich for the care and confidence he instilled.
