It was not possible for me to solve these issues myself, since the cat does not allow direct contact for more than 10-15 seconds. And in general, he is afraid of water, loud noises or any manipulations with it like fire. I called Zoostyle using the first number I saw in the advertisement. He described the situation, and even suggested that they put the cat down for the duration of the procedures in order to be able to perform the above-mentioned ones. However, the receptionist politely and correctly convinced me that this was their profile and that they would find an approach to the animal. We were enrolled in an "Express molting complex for cats over 5kg" with specialist Anna Nazarova. Honestly, I didn't believe it was possible until the last moment. And I even remember, when I gave the cat away, I asked: "Just don't hit him, please." To which Anna just grinned and took the carrier. And he screamed and cried like a lost man all the way, tearing my soul apart, and then he fell silent with her as if by magic. I also asked to make a couple of videos during the procedures, as I had no idea what it would be like. At the appointed time, I came to pick up the cat. He sat quietly in the carrier, clean, smelly, combed and manicured like a cat. He just looked younger (and he's already 14 years old, just for a minute). I was shown a mountain of combed hair the size of a cat itself, and already at home I appreciated all the rest of the work. Owners of medium and large breeds of dogs: we do not recommend it. Unpleasant experience in the grooming salon – rudeness and lack of professionalism! We came to this place for the first time, but even before the haircut began, unflattering statements about the dog's name began... and you seem to be a groomer? This is the first thing that spoiled the impression. But the "best" was yet to come: the border collie was shorn like a poodle and licked like a dachshund. We received a sleek pet, which is unacceptable for its coat and care. At the same time, the employees were outraged that he "bites on the hair dryer," although I warned them in ADVANCE about this feature and clarified that he does NOT bite his hands! He has an absolutely healthy mind, is adequate and obedient. If the masters do not know how to carefully work with such nuances, why bother with grooming at all? Farther. Two months later, I needed a haircut again, I wanted to sign up (it's convenient – close to home). As soon as the receptionist found out that this was my pet (they called the phone number), she immediately said that the next appointment was only in a month and insisted in the maximum tone and dialogue that we did not come) It seems that they simply cannot cope with medium and large breeds, and instead of professionalism, they only use rudeness and excuses. Managers, indicate on the website or somewhere information that you are not interested in grooming large dogs, take only small breeds, or train employees to work in order to receive payment and good reviews for decent work.
