Hello. We visited the Zoovet store to see the guinea pig and clarify its gender — we needed a boy. We asked the seller to show the animal and help determine the gender, to which we received a rather strange answer: "They are sitting there." After clarifying whether the seller could still look at the floor, she replied: "I can't give it to you." This caused confusion — we didn't ask to give away the pig, but just wanted to get help with the selection. Besides, I had to wait in line for a long time. There was also confusion with the food: when asked about the availability of Bambini food for guinea pigs, the seller confidently replied that it was not there, but later we found it on the shelf ourselves. I had some unpleasant impressions from the service. We hope that the store's management will pay attention to the level of service and work with the staff.
