I really did not like it, I do not advise, I ordered a kitchen and a dressing room, measurements are incorrect, assembly with errors, according to the complaint, the time is 1.5 months. The price does not match the quality. There are a lot of mistakes in everything and not the pros of their business come, they do it badly and have to be redone ... I do not recommend it. We were very disappointed with the quality and attitude to customers. I can't get through and I can't wait....

I contacted the CALL company (salon at 11 Mayakovsky Street, Minsk). The designer is Inga. This is the third custom kitchen in my life, and I really wanted to try ZOV, a brand that is touted literally from "every iron." The result of the work is frustration, hassle, and complete frustration with the level of service and quality of the installation.: Technical drawing (on A5 format) — "on a whim" (photo): without size and information content, it is very difficult to compare it with the installed kitchen in the future. The installers (craftsmen) first of all requested this particular drawing and assembled the kitchen according to it. Responsibility for mistakes was shifted to me. It is not surprising that the top and bottom did not match, and the extra details remained, it is not possible to verify with the drawing. The comment of the masters: "the factory puts too much." The hood did not fit the depth of the cabinets. The depth dimensions are not specified in the project. In my other kitchen, the depth is 32 cm, and I was guided by it; here, the cabinets are 30 cm, so the hood did not get up. Designer Inga did not respond to her phone or Viber messages for almost a week during the installation days; she got in touch only after I contacted the call center. Instead of admitting a mistake, there are messages in the spirit of "it's your own fault, figure it out for yourself." The hood was never installed on time. The base is installed incorrectly, the visible gap is about 1 cm. It's elementary — if the craftsmen had installed the legs and it, respectively, 5-6 cm from the edge, everything would have been fine. Instead, they justify themselves with ridiculous arguments ("the table will fall"). (photo) The outlet for the dishwasher was moved, at the direction of the designer, behind the Blum drawer cabinet, which (as it turned out!) is closely adjacent to the wall. It is impossible to use it. Instead of a solution, the designer suggested "cutting the closet" — a week later, when she finally began to respond to Viber. Why didn't they initially suggest moving it to another drawer, knowing all the nuances of the cabinet design, which are also indicated in the drawing? The countertops are connected with a gap — the water will flow. The master's remark was only laughed at. They say we've all "sunk in." (photo). According to the documents, there should be components for the base, but a part was not installed initially. The answer of the masters is something incongruous. Bottom line: The designer does not respond on the installation days (19.11 and 20.11 – and these are her working days confirmed by the call center!), the factory sends everything to be solved with the craftsmen, and the craftsmen charge an additional 50 rubles just for coming again to correct their own mistakes. Most of the issues were fixed after a conversation with the director. But even after communicating with the director and subsequent corrections, the countertops were installed poorly. Either a gap between the countertops, or a gap from the wall. But the answer of the "masters" is "the table top is cut off at an angle of 90°, - 100%. And the gap is from the wall, because you said to remove the gap between the countertops." After such an exhaustive comment by the master, further dialogue is meaningless. And the angle is NOT 90°, between the countertops they are not convinced. (Photo) This is in 2025, when service and quality should be the standard. Here— there is a demonstration of a disgusting attitude, complete irresponsibility and incompetence. Then there will be comments from the factory – "well, you agreed," but did you offer an alternative? — no. The fact that the same "masters" will come again and justify their incompetence to everyone around (walls, ceiling, daylight...), but the corners and levels are not an authority for them – I don't want any more. And the most unpleasant thing is that I understand that in a couple of years the countertop will have to be changed. I strongly do not recommend it, it is better to find a company where the designer will be involved in the process, and the masters will be responsible for their work, and will be "friends with geometry"))) I added a photo with the distance from the walls of the hob. In November 2024, the kitchen of the Zov factory was ordered through SNAGA LLC in Moscow (the company's representatives are located in AVIAPARK shopping center), the agreement is ASR0027 dated 11.11.2024. As of 05/31/2025, the kitchen has not been put into operation - 1 cabinet, 1 facade and a false panel are missing, Neither the factory is responsible for the quality of services provided, nor the representative with whom the factory works. Low quality control of intermediaries, I believe that the hands of the factory are satisfied with this. The assessment of the Factory and SNAGA LLC is negative, the recommendation is negative.
