That is, they do not have an identification of needs, just as they cannot simply respond to a message. For example, they can't make a 70×120 rack one-piece, it's ridiculous. That is, it can consist of only 2 parts. The legs are only 10 cm high. They don't have any others. It's a shame, just a shame. I came to order and paid off, but I was completely disappointed. Neither my family nor I will ever order furniture from them. They would do well to learn service from the Call Online. That's where they identify all the customer's needs and conduct sales from start to finish. Here is a photo of the shelving that I designed myself. Look at the size and price. It's just a nightmare.
