The staff, managers and management communicate as if I had interrupted them by coming to the store and distracted them from important things....At this stage, it was worth leaving right away, but I fell for the "discounts" and did not carefully study the kitchen market (kitchens here are 1.5-2 times more expensive than in similar stores. And these are the so-called super promotions and discount offers, excluding overpayments for delivery and installation!). Further, the installation date and the delivery date of the kitchen were constantly postponed! It seemed that they had forgotten about me at all. My reminders and questions were often simply ignored. The total delay was 1.5 - 2 months. If it weren't for my frequent reminders, I'm afraid I wouldn't have seen the kitchen at all... According to the contract, everything was paid, but there were always some additional cosmic amounts for cutouts for sockets, pens, etc. This is despite the fact that it was initially discussed several times about the fixed and final cost for the kitchen and installation! As a result, no one even apologized once and the "Call of Bargaining" arranged everything as if it were my fault! Save your nerves, time and money!

Hello, my husband and I ordered the kitchen at the end of May, Larisa was our designer, I read only positive reviews, unfortunately I cannot leave such a review. I'll start with the fact that we abandoned the furniture collector, since my husband is able to assemble the kitchen on his own. Of course, when assembling furniture, any questions arise, naturally I wrote off or called Larisa, to which I first heard that it was necessary to hire an assembler, and only then there were attempts to find a solution to any problem, although there were shoals, well, definitely not from our side. Well, we assembled the kitchen, it came to the built-in appliances, we bought a new oven, put it in the cabinet and were blown away, there was a gap the size of a finger between the countertop and the oven. Well, of course I wrote to Larisa, saying that I was told that it was possible to pay 30 euros and we would have a locker made in size, well, of course the main thing is to say this in time, I note that when ordering the kitchen, no one even asked about the size of the locker. But in this situation and not only in this one, I will continue to write the following problem, the most unpleasant thing is that Larisa turns the situation around so that she is not to blame. My husband and I looked at the fact that there is a pull-out shelf in the cupboard under the oven, so if Larisa had been more careful and raised this shelf 7 mm higher, then there would have been no gap, so I have a question, so for what I have to pay 30 euros, for the fact that Larisa does not does he do his job well? That's not all, we have a coffee machine and, to make it more convenient to pour coffee, pour water, etc., we asked to make a pull-out shelf, when everyone collected all the slides on which the shelf rides are visible, but it just looks terrible, well, of course I wrote to Larisa, she called me back and said that so I must have been blown away by such arrogance and asked her what kind of designer she was then, if a kitchen that costs so much money should look so ugly because of such ill-conceived trifles. And she said that I needed a facade for this shelf, but not at my expense. I'm afraid to even imagine what will happen when we buy a built-in microwave oven, a niche for which Larisa was counting, for sure if there is something wrong, I will hear that it should be so. In principle, I began to understand why such a name. Get ready to run after your manager and see that he does not react in any way. This is the MANAGER'S CALL that turns out to be unrequited. And the bottom line is this: around June, we ordered a kitchen from them, so not only that, I immediately told them that I was leaving for Poland soon, so I need to do everything as soon as possible. At the appointed time, no one brought anything, did not even call. I started calling myself, where my call was just put on hold and I waited 15 minutes, so they also reset it later. I waited and called for 2 days, the following calls were rudely answered that the problem was allegedly not in them (and then?) and they have enough work to do. Well, I'm sorry, but the manager and I have IRONICALLY agreed on one date, and as a result, such jokes begin here. As a result, I did not cancel the tickets and began to get ready for Poland, called them and asked for the money back, to which they almost told me how bad I was and that I was undermining their bonus. Well, actually, I don't know if they will refund my money at all, because when I call, they don't answer the phone. I decided to call from another number and they immediately took it, and when they realized that it was me, they again held the call and waited endlessly.

my experience with this CALL turned out to be extremely negative. I'm amazed where did they get good reviews at all??? The kitchen was installed with great delays! The quality of the materials leaves much to be desired: chips and scratches appeared after a few weeks. Customer service is also not up to par: the staff did not answer calls and ignored my questions. In general, I am disappointed and do not recommend it, save your nerves, money and time!

The pickers arrived within a week and in two days coped with a not small kitchen. There are no complaints about the assembly. One of the wishes is to work on logistics (there is no way to understand and check if everything has arrived. Plus, the fewer shoals there are on delivery, the faster the builds will be). This is my worst experience ordering any furniture.
1. They do not give a full-fledged kitchen scheme - the maximum that has been achieved is a render indicating the width of the cabinets (no depth, no height, no internal layout, no what).
2. The installation date suddenly transformed into the kitchen delivery date. The installation date has been constantly postponed.
3. The kitchen was delivered the WRONG WAY! Another order has arrived.
4. The installation period was stated to be 1 day - as a result, 2 are needed, but the schedule is already scheduled, and it is problematic to arrive, and blablabla. As a result, given that there is basically no kitchen at the time of installation, it is not at all clear what to expect and when, despite the fact that the kitchen is fully paid for under the contract.
5. The cost of installation is constantly changing, suddenly, at the time of installation, new amounts are unexpectedly added to it - that is, additional amounts for handles, up to cutouts for sockets, despite the fact that it was initially said that all this is included in the amount announced in advance for installation. All that can be achieved is "I'm a designer, I have nothing to do with it at all, and in general - if you don't want such an installation, well, go order it elsewhere."
In general, do not worry yourself in this place if you want to get your kitchen at the stated cost on time.

After 2 weeks I came, it turned out that the designer did not have time to deal with my order, for some reason she had other customers in priority. The designer completely lacks an understanding of how furniture is assembled, how to make assembly convenient. That is, they can design it so that the furniture collector will then hold on to his head, how to assemble this furniture. And I also wanted to order a kitchen from them. The bottom.
