After confirming the booking on Booking.com, I unexpectedly received a message saying that all rooms were occupied and to cancel the reservation. I told them to cancel it themselves, and, surprise, they replied: "We've solved the problem, we're expecting you." Why should I go somewhere where I wasn't welcome in the first place? Keep in mind, if you book a hotel and don't read your messages, you might find yourself in a situation where you arrive and they don't check you in. I definitely do not recommend this hotel!

Overall, the hotel is clean. The breakfasts leave much to be desired... there is not the most friendly young man at the reception desk, who does not count well and gives change with mistakes....plus, the price for the payment is higher than it was indicated in the application when booking.... It says that there is parking, but it turned out that there was only room for one car, so I had to look for a place to park the car at night, which was very difficult in a strange city and small streets It is unlikely that we will use the services of this hotel again

Overall, it's a good hotel. With an uphill climb. No elevator to the 4th floor. But there was a good view from the 4th floor. The smell of sewage in the bathroom. You shouldn't count on breakfast too much. Instant coffee. Otherwise, everything is fine.
