On November 10, our beloved daughter Bogdana turned six years old. We decided to celebrate this wonderful event in the Z-park of Vitebsk. If you only knew how many positive emotions the child has experienced! Fascinating attractions, a cozy cafe and, most importantly, the care and attention of the staff, as well as the professional and sincere work of the animators. Everything was just great! You're just great! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this day unforgettable, both for the child and for us, the parents. The holiday turned out to be a truly family one.

Tk came in the morning, there were few children and all 10 employees were walking around us, in an hour they made 5 comments on some nonsense, then my hair was loose and they urgently needed to be removed, although I did not jump on the rides, then with a bottle of water in my hands I dared to go into the pool with balloons, although I I didn't open it or drink it, I just went to pick up the child, then I went into the sandbox in shoe covers, I didn't understand at all why I couldn't put on shoe covers on purpose so as not to dirty my socks and throw these shoe covers away when leaving the sand?The obsessive claims ruined the whole mood, stayed for less than an hour and left, there is no desire to return anymore, although they had been there more than once and liked everything.

In general, 5 minutes before closing, I was forced to defend my rights and when asked to give me a book of complaints and suggestions, the receptionist with bulging eyes began to resent me, saying that the guards had nothing to do with them. The rude attitude towards visitors is disgusting. Besides, the location with the balloons smelled like fresh aries. I do not recommend this establishment.

I was very disappointed , I was there on a hot day and there was no ventilation , it was stuffy .and these are children who are constantly running.there is a sandbox in which there is no hood at all, and when I went in there, I saw the blue dust that was standing there and our children were breathing it all.knsh closed it on my complaint, but I think it was reopened the next day .one of the good things I really liked there was the staff who were wholeheartedly at work, but alas, the management did not appreciate them at all.unfortunately, it turns out that the staff is running away and the management only needs a profit.and yes, the trampoline pool is the same name.There is no toilet either, washing your hands after this excellent sandbox when the children go out is a long way to go by the standards of an entertainment center.

There are many workers for security control. What would be desirable to improve: it would not hurt to have a sink where you could wash your hands after the sandbox, a very dusty room, and a toilet very far away, or at least a dispenser with wet wipes. The menu of the cafe inside is made up of quite harmful products, it is difficult for a child to offer something, it would not hurt to add some salads, fruits or second courses.

The bungee didn't work, there was dirt everywhere, torn foam cubes, a room with quartz sand in general, the finish line - except for sand, there was nothing whole left, the workers were bitter children. It's dirty everywhere, pieces of foam rubber are lying around, it feels like Cleaning in the children's center is carried out only on holidays. Another very strange requirement for hair, in this children's center you can only be bald, since the hair falls and they also have to be cleaned, which clearly annoys the staff. We were actually kicked out in refusal to remove our hair above our shoulders. Very rude guys, it's unpleasant to be there, I don't recommend it at all, if you don't want to spoil your mood.

They had never eaten worse pizza in their lives, the children refused everything, the adults were forced to eat. The cost of pizza is 5 rubles, the price is 3 times higher. Grams of filling are scattered on the pita bread. The animation is disgusting! Why do you have a separate doll and a separate presenter!!! Animation is the hero that the child has chosen and this hero must interact with children, play with them, talk to them, and so on. And here the presenter is just walking a doll that hasn't made a single move. He takes money for nothing!
