Hello, dear people! Today I have a complaint against the head of this store, Zruchny, about the fact that until today I used coupons to buy yoghurts, which are given not only for milk alone, but also they are given for other dairy products. Because on the same coupons it is written, for example: a coupon for products, milk, etc. (that others-this is abbreviated to mean others), and this word others is also a stretchable concept. Today I wanted to buy yoghurts for these coupons, but this head of this store, Zruchny, refused to buy yoghurts for coupons and began to say-to assert that only one milk is allowed, referring to the fact that our enterprise (organization) type gave an order for only one milk. And until today, I used these coupons to buy yoghurts without any problems. When I started to prove to her today that it is written on the same coupons, etc., that this word means something else for short and that this other concept is extensible, and that yogurt is also a dairy product, so she answered me that only milk is allowed and that it is possible to generally agree that you will receive only one milk- that's how she answered me and began to answer that once the store was coming towards me. And in fact, until today it was not just once, but even constantly before that. Yes, when I told her right to her face that you were doing what you thought was right, and she began to prove her point to me with these words: that the store was coming to meet me-to justify the fact that in fact, in my opinion, she acts as she sees fit, of course, and naturally, yes, she does not think so, and even this denies this, in my opinion, a real and truthful fact about her! I think that in this regard, she behaves badly and incorrectly in this store if she does what she thinks is right and even so she thinks that I demand and that I am so arrogant. That's another question, which one of us is so arrogant here? If I demanded it on the factual basis that even on these coupons themselves it is written at the end: etc., which is what this word means abbreviated: and another. And the other is also a stretchable concept, and yoghurts, by the way, are also dairy products. And in this regard, I believe that appropriate measures should be applied to this manager of this store for her such bad (incorrect) behavior. Yes, today I even demanded a complaint book to write me a corresponding complaint against her for this, and she did not even give me this complaint book and she sent me to my organization where I work. I have a negative review of her, and generally if people behave so cunningly, the review is negative about them.
