I wanted to order a large-format product with a logo. Communication from managers needs to be squeezed out. They didn't answer many specific questions themselves. They promise that someone will contact me to clarify the information ... a week of reminders to the manager about themselves did not yield results. I changed my mind about contacting them, given the frivolity of their attitude towards a potential client at the start of communication
