A good inexpensive hotel built in the 80s of the last century, yes clean and tidy, yes quiet and not expensive, but still the spirit of the last century is present everywhere, not large halls, corridor passages, not large rooms, sometimes one toilet for two rooms, no microwave or hair dryer, although this should generally be the norm, there is a TV with cable and a refrigerator, large cupboards, there is wifi. The staff themselves are friendly, there is even an exchange office open on weekdays until 18. In general, it will not be bad for those who are not spoiled by modern delights of comfort. The view from the hotel window is both on the avenue and in the residential area. There is a subway not far away.

We chose the business room as an overnight stay on the way from Moscow to Grodno. It is located on the 9th floor. The room is almost like a 2-room apartment with a balcony. A large living room with upholstered furniture, a wardrobe across the width of the room (behind one of the closet doors there is a full-fledged refrigerator), a large table and consoles, shelves, with TV, air conditioning. There is an electric kettle, cups, glasses. There was no tea, coffee, etc.
The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a table with a mirror, TV. Air conditioning is a beast!)) But a second bedside table would not hurt, otherwise the second guest has nowhere to put his smartphone and personal belongings that should be at hand.
The bathroom is combined, there is a full bath and a hygienic shower. The water in the sink was leaving a little slowly.

You can get to the center (Nemiga) by metro or by taxi (we used a taxi), but if you don't need attractions, there are cafes, shops, pharmacies, shopping centers, etc. around.
We took a room without breakfast, but decided to have breakfast so that we could safely drive to our destination. The cafe is small and modestly decorated, but the food is delicious and prepared to order according to the breakfast menu, the portions are very large. Interesting serving and serving of dishes.

I really liked the hotel! We lived for 4 days in two different rooms, as there was no room for the entire stay. The room is clean, the garbage was taken out every day. There was one shower room and two bathrooms for 2 rooms. The staff is polite, the reception desk is open around the clock. On the 1st floor there is a currency exchange office, which is very convenient, there is a hairdresser, there is an elevator, a cooler on each floor. There are several popular supermarkets near the hotel. Of the minuses, perhaps only the distance from the metro, which we needed (20 minutes on foot to Petrovshchyna station). If we manage to be in Minsk again, we will be happy to come back here!

And, by the way, there were two 0.5 bottles of water in the refrigerator. It's very cool in this heat. Each room has air conditioning. There is an adjacent balcony, but it looks doubtful, we did not dare to go out on it)

We got into this hotel by accident. It was urgently necessary to stay in Minsk for one night, and then such an offer turned up. While driving to the hotel, we read various reviews, and there were a lot of several negative ones. We began to prepare ourselves for the worst. But, to our joy, all fears were not justified. My family of 3 people got a two-room room. In fact, there are two bathrooms and a shower. The rooms are clean, the mattresses on the beds are very comfortable, and there is a refrigerator. A bottle of water for each guest. The underwear is new. We were notified immediately after booking the room that the hot water was turned off in the department during this period. Due to this, the room price was reduced by 30%. But we only needed one night on the m, so this was not an obstacle for us. Since it was all summer, there were very warm days, we still took a shower, but surprisingly the water was comfortable, not icy. There is a parking lot for guests' cars next to the hotel, which is closed by a barrier. We had breakfast for a fee in the hotel cafe. No frills, scrambled eggs, porridge. We were satisfied.

A good budget hotel, clean, the rooms at this price have everything and even more. One of the disadvantages for me is the block type in pairs of numbers. But, this was originally stated in the description of the room. It's not stressful, the sound insulation between the rooms is good, but the hallway and toilet are a bit noisy. It's distracting.

If you are traveling together, then take a room with one double bed, it will be more spacious. Although the mattress on the bed looks like a slide that you roll down. With separate beds, the room is slightly smaller, but also not bad. The only trouble is with the sockets in it.

The staff is polite and helpful.
The area is quiet and peaceful. Like it. It's like I've come home. For those who are new, we recommend visiting the Euroopt store nearby. It's a 20-minute walk to the metro, it's a long way, but you can transfer by bus.

We had an economy room in a 2-room block, the only thing that was available 2 weeks before the trip. There are double and single rooms in the block.I didn't see or hear the neighbor from the single room. The furniture is normal, the linen is clean, not worn out. The towels are old. A big plus is the dense blackout curtains.
On the ground floor there is a cafe, a bank, a barber shop not visited. There are public transport stops near the hotel, but we walked to the subway through the park. Near the Moscow market, 2 supermarkets, KFS, Dodo pizza, pharmacies, a large park with developed infrastructure.

I did not see this information anywhere when studying this gift, so it was an unpleasant surprise. We were in cold weather, there was a large heater in the room, it saved us a lot, the room warmed up well. Хорошая гостиница , за свою цену . Хороший отзывчивый персонал. Всё самое необходимое есть. Уборку готовы делать ежедневно (если требуется) . Номер просторный , со всем необходимым.
Единственное что , не когда не знаешь , - с кем придется разделить туалет.. нам попался "свинья" ., Хотя на два номера ,- два туалета и 1 душ и не теряя метров квадратных,- можно было бы сделать планировку -на каждый номер свой туалет . В номере есть чайник , чашки, стаканы , разделочная доска , холодильник , стол .., но нет ножа и ложки.-это уже придирки , но нам очень не хватало ; питались сами , хотья и есть замечательная не дорогая кофешка на 1ом этаже гостиницы. Для тех , кто рассматривает эту гостиницу , в целях погулять" по Минску , стоит обратить внимание на не самое удачное расположение относительно станций метро , до ближайшей (петровщина) -минут 15 хотьбы. Нас это не смутило , так как проблем с ногами (здоровьем) нет.
Все мои придирки , кроет один жирный плюс ,- за 85 рублей (на 2023год) ничего дешевле вы не найдете , да с таким действительно очень достойным сервисом.

They walked on the floor carpet in white socks - they remained white :) We went in April, when the night subzero temperature suddenly returned, and the heating was already turned down. A Soviet-style hotel. In principle, everything was fine with me. The prices are budget. We lived in a block with a shared toilet and shower, but it didn't bother us much. It is located on the outskirts of the city. The cafe cooks well. There is a vending machine with delicious coffee downstairs. I can recommend it.

Хорошая гостиница. Жили в семейном номере. Матрасы на кроватях - огонь!!! Очень удобные. В номере есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Два телевизора, два холодильника. Чайник и фен дают без вопросов. Отзывчивый персонал. До метро идти минут 20,но по красивейшему проспекту с отличным дорожным покрытием. Супермаркетов много рядом.
Огромное спасибо за созданные условия. Год назад останавливались в Орбите. Там существенно дороже, но единственное отличие - близость к метро.

Почему при посещении Минска выбор пал именно на эту гостиницу? Да потому что здесь самые демократичные цены. Приветливый персонал, быстрое заселение. Гостиница, конечно, без изысков, но со всем необходимым набором для отдыха. Номер был на 7 этаже, с большой двуспальной кроватью, холодильником, телевизором, кондиционером. Душевая и санузел на два номера, но мне повезло и трое суток я провела одна, во второй номер никого не подселили. Питьевая Вода в кулере на этаже. До метро пешим ходом 20 минут . Также в пешей доступности масса магазинов и кафе.

Гостиница находится на верхних этажах жилого дома, ресепшен - на первом этаже. Номер в целом чистый, для путешественников для ночлега вполне хороший вариант. Рядом мини-торговый центр с магазином и пиццерией, внизу в кафе с утра можно выпить хороший капучино. Рекомендую.

Заезжали на сутки на 23.02.2023. Эконом двухместный номер просторный блочного типа на 2 комнаты 2 туалета, один из них с душевой кабиной. Выгляди простенько, но чисто, хорошая, удобная кровать. Самое главное по цене дешевле, чем в центре Минска. Стоимость за ночь 82 BYN. Например, в гостинице "Беларусь", что в центре, цена в тот день была 182 BYN для эконома. Холодильник маленький есть в номере, ТВ, вентилятор, кулер на этаже. Минусы - находится не в центре, но до центра на такси можно доехать за 10 BYN, на 1 этаже есть банк для обмена. Заранее нужно бронировать номер, бесплатная отмена.

Чисто, постельные принадлежности белоснежные, уютно, тихо, в обстановке комнат, по субъективному ощущению, остался дух советского времени, вежливые сотрудники, на этаже на общем балконе есть курилка. Общие впечатления положительные.
