Good service and nice people. We bought a coffee machine with delivery from them. The elevator was not working and the courier girl brought the car by herself up the stairs. And when it was time to contact the service center, everything was done quickly, sent to the service, fixed the breakdown and tested the quality of coffee grinding together with us. It was very emotional.

Disgusting service! I bought a mouse, it was delivered, everything is fine, it turned out to be broken, I went to exchange it under warranty. They issued a coupon that the warranty replacement would be made within 6-30 days, but at the same time they said that it would be possible to pick it up next week. I called them the following week, they told me they would call me back in 2 days. As a result, I did not wait for the call and called myself after 5 days, they said they would call me back in a week. With such promises that they will call me back themselves, 45 days have passed, and they have never called me themselves. In the end, as a result of my next call, it turned out that it was already possible to pick up a few days ago. I came to pick it up at the agreed date and time, but the mouse was not ready, we went looking for it in the warehouse, waited for half an hour, but thanks at least for not handing it over again) In general, I do not recommend contacting this store to anyone

I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE!
I ordered headphones:
1. it is impossible to pay with a card from them, only in cash
2. The HEADPHONES WERE NOT in the sealed package!!!!!!
3. I paid for the delivery, but when I did not see the headphones in the package, I was told to go to their store on the other side of the city to sort it out!!! And even before 16.00, during working hours, because that's the only way a person works for them!!!!
4. When I arrived, they reluctantly changed my headphones and did not even apologize!
BOTTOM LINE: I paid for the delivery so that I could spend the time (2 hours) and money to get to them myself

The service is truly disgusting. I have never come across such a complete lack of coordination between the store and the service center, which they call authorized.
The problem was a factory defect - at the first use, the pickup lever on the vinyl record player jammed.
They were rude on the phone in the store, they said that customers "are always breaking something, they won't remove the delay" - in general, they are to blame. And supposedly "this has never happened" (and here it is again) - for such a breakdown to happen in the player. Although the Internet is full of such reviews, and specifically for the company Rhythmix.
The adventures did not end there: they called on another working day, talked to another employee (more well-mannered, however) - so she told what the algorithm of actions with the service center was.
They called the center twice, brought an unused device, as agreed - and the center, it turned out, moved! On Olshevsky, not on Pushkin 77!
They accepted the player, took away the receipt and papers, and issued a "refusal to repair". We call the store - they say "you could not be refused repair, they could not take the player!"
We turn back to the service center: they say, oh, well, we need to diagnose it, we'll write you an act in a week if it's a factory defect.
Back to the store: well, there will be an act - then we can return the money, but they will arrive in a week...

The situation has not been resolved yet.
There have already been 11 phone calls and 3 round trips.
The impression couldn't be worse. Go back for shopping? Never! Do I recommend it? Absolutely NOT!

I made an order for a microwave oven on 10/14/20 (Wednesday.lunch), with pick-up from the store.The delivery time was indicated on the website for up to three days.the order was accepted, saying that the goods would be exactly in the store by the weekend, the deadlines were extremely important, so leaving the order they waited for the weekend to pick up the goods and present them.when the product arrives at the store, they promised to immediately call back and inform you.Saturday (10/17/20), but there was no call, I called at lunch to clarify myself.They said that she hadn't arrived from the warehouse yet, but she should be here this evening, waiting for a call. I stayed waiting, but since the store is open until 17.00, and there is still no call, I dialed myself again at 16.30:in response, they replied that there was such an order, it was listed in transit, the supplier had already been there today, but my tavara to the store from him had not been received, the guy promised to clarify and deal with the incomprehensible situation and call me back. and so, today it's already 18.10.20, a whole day has passed, but no one has called back, they are probably still clarifying.
