I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE!
I ordered headphones:
1. it is impossible to pay with a card from them, only in cash
2. The HEADPHONES WERE NOT in the sealed package!!!!!!
3. I paid for the delivery, but when I did not see the headphones in the package, I was told to go to their store on the other side of the city to sort it out!!! And even before 16.00, during working hours, because that's the only way a person works for them!!!!
4. When I arrived, they reluctantly changed my headphones and did not even apologize!
BOTTOM LINE: I paid for the delivery so that I could spend the time (2 hours) and money to get to them myself

The service is truly disgusting. I have never come across such a complete lack of coordination between the store and the service center, which they call authorized.
The problem was a factory defect - at the first use, the pickup lever on the vinyl record player jammed.
They were rude on the phone in the store, they said that customers "are always breaking something, they won't remove the delay" - in general, they are to blame. And supposedly "this has never happened" (and here it is again) - for such a breakdown to happen in the player. Although the Internet is full of such reviews, and specifically for the company Rhythmix.
The adventures did not end there: they called on another working day, talked to another employee (more well-mannered, however) - so she told what the algorithm of actions with the service center was.
They called the center twice, brought an unused device, as agreed - and the center, it turned out, moved! On Olshevsky, not on Pushkin 77!
They accepted the player, took away the receipt and papers, and issued a "refusal to repair". We call the store - they say "you could not be refused repair, they could not take the player!"
We turn back to the service center: they say, oh, well, we need to diagnose it, we'll write you an act in a week if it's a factory defect.
Back to the store: well, there will be an act - then we can return the money, but they will arrive in a week...

The situation has not been resolved yet.
There have already been 11 phone calls and 3 round trips.
The impression couldn't be worse. Go back for shopping? Never! Do I recommend it? Absolutely NOT!
